Tuesday August 5

Arrival – registration at our office located by the harbour office.
Measurement if required. Entertainment in the harbour and in our tent in front of Grand Hotel.

Wednesday August 6

Opening ceremony with music by a band of 5 persons. Simpe food and drink to be served in the tent between 18.00 and 20.00 for a ticket recieved at the registration.

Beer and Winebar opens at 17.00 in the tent.

Thursday August 7

The tent opens at 17.00 and music in the harbour and in the tent.

Friday August 8

Beachparty 180 SEK served as a buffet organized by Grand Hotel in the ground floor with possibilities to be seated both outside and inside. Buffet will be available between 17.00 and 21.00. Entertainment by a band of 5 persons. The bar in the tent will also be open.

Saturday August 9

Regattadinner 550 SEK at Grand Hotel for at most 280 persons. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn't have room for more dinner geusts. A Swedish fish buffet will be served together with beer and table water. The beer can of course be exchanged with wine. Stronger drinks may be ordered from the staff. Thereafter will coffee be served in either the French dining room or the ground floor which will have the bar and terrace open for us all to get together. Alternative places to eat are located nearby.

Other information

Simple breakfast buffet with coffee/tee, bread, egg, juice between 07.00-10.00 is served in the ground floor for a price of 80 SEK. Payment should be made to Grand Hotel.

Exclusive breakfast buffet by Grand Hotel in French dining room with everything and more is available for a price of 175 SEK.

Lunch bag with a generous baguette (cheese/ham or brie/salami), drink and fruit can be ordered in the reception of the hotell before 20.00 the day before for a price of 85 SEK.
